Traditions of America at Locust Valley

Traditions of America at Locust Valley is an active adult community with 136 homesites situated on 135 acres near the borough of Coopersburg, PA. With over 60 acres of open space, residents enjoy scenic, panoramic views of South Mountain and the surrounding areas.

 

Homeowners enjoy a host of events, activities, amenities and clubs. The clubhouse boasts a living room with fireplace, gaming table, billiard table and full kitchen/sports bar area with a video wall. There is a separate game room, full gym with various equipment, a yoga room, and a conference room to conduct association business. Outside, there is a lap pool with a spa, pickleball court, fire pit and outdoor kitchen.  Indoor activities include: card games, such as Canasta and Poker; Mahjong; arts and crafts; a book club; and happy hours! Outdoor clubs and activities include a number of walking paths, local area golf, regional hiking, dining at various local restaurants, and a variety of off-site events and day trips.

 

Traditions of America at Locust Valley has contracted with FirstService Residential to serve as the Community Manager. They provide a number of services to the HOA Executive Board and residents such as accounting, vendor solicitation and contract management, and resident compliance to community rules and regulations, to name a few.
